Alexis Austin
CEO & Co-Founder
Legal-tech founder, criminal justice reformer, firm founder, and entrepreneur with a decade of experience building law firms through automation, workflow engineering, and data-driven operations. As a former Deputy District Attorney, Ms. Austin led prosecutions in homicide, sexual assault, and domestic violence units. That experience shaped her commitment to making the justice system more effective and efficient.
After leaving prosecution to become a named partner at a local legacy firm, she founded her own firm and has overseen more than 3,600 criminal prosecutions and defense cases. She later served as President of the El Paso County Bar Association.
She founded Right Law Group, growing it into a high-growth criminal defense firm with an average year-over-year growth of 59.2%, powered by a custom operating system that runs 1,200+ automations. As the founder of 360 Strategic Success, she transformed attorney-owned firms from hemorrhaging revenue to profitable businesses. From an in-the-trenches litigator to an attorney-centric software entrepreneur, she generated $500K+ in annual revenue while training 100+ law firms nationwide on intake optimization, sales systems, and operational design.

J.D. Morris
COO & Co-Founder
J.D. spent a decade selling eDiscovery to General Counsels, which gave him a close view of where it fell short. He helped pivot Kazeon into the category, building the product and go-to-market that took it from $5M to over $100M before EMC acquired it, where it went on to drive $1B+ in legal-hold business. He has since led product and go-to-market for businesses acquired by Oracle, VMware, and Hitachi, and worked with CEOs and private equity sponsors to reset strategy and see companies through to exit. He co-founded Lexaxiom for the buyer he spent a decade sitting across from, with tools that finally exist. He holds a BS in physics from Auburn, an M.Eng. in cybersecurity from George Washington, a Master of Legal Studies in cybersecurity law from Texas A&M, and MBAs in finance and marketing from Columbia and Berkeley Haas.
